These Terms govern your use of BuyNdSell (the “Service”) at www.buyndsell.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
1. Not financial advice
BuyNdSell is a place to share structured trade ideas and keep a private journal. Content is for education and discussion only. Nothing on the Service is investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions. We do not place orders, manage funds, or copy trades for you. We are not a broker-dealer or exchange.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. One person may not operate multiple accounts to evade bans or limits. Do not impersonate others or promise guaranteed returns.
3. Accounts and content
You retain rights to content you post. You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service. Outcomes you mark on ideas remain visible for community integrity. We may keep safety and moderation logs after deletion for a limited period.
4. Fees
BuyNdSell is currently free. There is no membership fee, subscription, or in-app checkout. Tools, library, Circles, and posting are included with a signed-in account. If we add paid features later, we will update these terms and tell you before charging anything.
5. Refunds
Refund rules are described in our Refund policy. The product is currently free, so there are no new charges to refund. If you were charged in the past, email billing@buyndsell.app.
6. Moderation
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that break the House rules— including scams, urgency spam, and hype. We may cooperate with law enforcement when required.
